CP3 is our next generation workflow system designed for Adobe Creative Suite 4 and 5. CP3 is an entirely new platform designed to replace the popular and successful Saas service CtrlPrint 2.

CP3 is built using the latest Adobe technologies; Adobe AIR and InDesign Server. CP3 Desktop, an Adobe AIR application, replaces the CtrlPrint 2 web-browser interface with a sleek and lightweight module that incorporates document previews, complete project management and more. All of the core features of CtrlPrint 2 are included in CP3 such as; version handling, track changes, automatic PDF generation, individual access levels and a high level of security.

Production of printed matter typically involves many people, sometimes from several different companies, in many locations. As a result a great deal of time and effort is spent on the editing and approval process - as well as managing the different versions of the publication. Based around a revolutionary Content Creation Management system (CCM) and featuring a powerful workflow solution, CP3 can dramatically increase productivity. By using the latest technologies, the editing and approval process of collaborative work on a document has never been easier.
