Q: Do all the members of my team need to have CtrlChanges installed to be able to track the changes being made?
A: No, once you enable Track Changes for a document the process is started and all changes are recorded with or without CtrlChanges installed. However, only users with CtrlChanges will be able to see the changes in layout view.
