Don't hesitate to contact us if you have problems with any of your registered CtrlPublishing products. After registration you are entitled to two user support cases. If you would like to sign up for a support agreement (with unlimited support cases), send a request via the contact form below and our support team will contact you. Include your license number in the message.

Technical support (for cases regarding serious errors) is free of charge, but require that you are the registered user of the licensed software.

  1. CtrlPublishing product name (make selection in the form)
  2. Contact information (name, e-mail and phone number)
  3. License number
  4. Operating system and version (Ex. Mac OSX 10.5.5 or Windows 7)
  5. Adobe product (Ex. InDesign CS3)
  6. Problem description (with as much information as you can provide)
