Don't hesitate to contact us if you have problems with any of your registered CtrlPublishing products. After registration you are entitled to 2 user support cases.

If you like to sign up for a support agreement (with unlimited support cases), send a request from the contact form below, and our support team will contact you. Include your license number in the message.


Technical support (if there is something actually not working) is free of charge, but require that you are the registered user of the licensed software.


How do you get help from our support team?


The easiest way to get help is to use the contact form below.

In order to help you out as efficiently as possible, please include the following

  • CtrlPublishing Product (make selection in the form)
  • Contact information (Name, e-mail and phone number)
  • License Number
  • Operating system and version (Ex. Mac OSX 10.5.5)
  • Adobe product (Ex. InDesign CS3)
  • Problem description (how did it happen)
